We have been dealing with Tango since its genesis. In fact, Tango was prototyped in a product that our President co-created (FaceSpan- the application builder that Apple first shipped in the AppleScript Scripters Kit). We use Tango every day to create innovative solutions. We consistently been one of Everyware's top reporters of bugs and wish-list suggestions. We understand different learning modes (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) and tailor our teaching and/or presentations to convey important points in manners optimal for the different modes. We can convey complex concepts in clear, simple language, using germaine, practical business examples.

We have an exemplary track record.
Our principals have written courseware and taught computer technologies to almost a thousand people from places such as Big 8 accounting/consulting firms (eg, Andersen, Peat Marwick), US government (NIH), high schools, small businesses, and Fortune 100 firms (eg, Apple Computer, Fed Ex, Glaxo-Wellcome, Nortel, NationsBank- through an exclusive contract, etc.). Additionally, we are in demand as presenters at prominent industry tradeshows such as Networld-Interop, WebEdge, Macworlds, WWDCs, MacHack, Sumeria's Digital Publishing, etc..

How much detail will you go into?
We tailor every class to the experience and interest levels of the participants. By getting to know the backgrounds, aptitudes, and desires of the students we can use examples that can best resonnate with them. In addition to using our honed observation skills and in-class questioning, we send pre-course evaluations to each participant to help assess their current knowledge level and learning preferences on a given subject. From this information we can tailor the detail level to the class. Additionally, to accomodate different skill levels in a given class, we have "extra credit" questions in our hands-on problem sets. Thus, more experienced or faster students can dig their teeth into advanced nuances while beginners are working through the basics.

Where is Training Held?
Onsite or Offsite, it's your choice. We often provide training onsite, using your computers, to provide a familiar working environment, one that ensures continuity after the training. In this setting, because the class is made up entirely of your employees, you have control over the topics included and the extent to which they are covered.

Is there anything else I should know?
