The text version is below; you may also view the actual the letter. January 6, 1999 Chris Ogden President InfoMatters, Inc. 6807 Knotty Pine Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27514 Dear Chris, I wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with your recent work upgrading our Filemaker Pro based project management system. With the new features and changes you incorporated into our system, it now not only holds data as our previous system did, but generates professional forms and reports nearly effortlessly. The clear formats of the forms and on-screen review before printing or faxing have minimized mistakes of communication between vendors, clients and our office. Day to day use is much faster and we can pull data on current and past projects in seconds. The transition involving importing data from our old Filemaker based system to the new one had me on edge but it went off without a hitch. I appreciate you keeping me focused and on track when, at times, I would go off in different directions. Ultimately your foresight in that area saved us money. Thanks greatly for all that you've done to help us be more efficient and effective in serving our constituents here at Duke. If you ever need a reference for another client, we would be more than happy to provide our unqualified recommendation. Roger A. Lewis Production Manager DUMC Creative Services & Publications |
