August 1999

Chris Ogden President InfoMatters, Inc. 6807 Knotty Pine Drive Chapel Hill, NC 27514

Dear Chris,

On behalf of EveryWare Development's Education Division, I want to thank you for all that you have accomplished in support of Tango.

Your involvement with EveryWare Development as a whole, and with Tango in particular, has been exceptional. As co-creator of FaceSpan, the product used to prototype Tango, you have been intimately involved in Tango since its inception. Your early work in 1996 as an author of the first Tango training courses quickly made you a "trusted friend" of the Education Department. We have always been able to rely on you to come in and teach our most important classes and highest profile clients. Thank you for making developers out of many people from firms such as NIH, Chase Manhattan, Federal Express, Turner Broadcasting, Duke University, University of North Carolina, Emory University, Georgia Tech, GTE, and Nortel.

Whether it is a beginner, intermediate, advanced, or a "train the trainer" course, student feedback is always exceptional and attests to the quality of your work. To answer student questions or to highlight important issues, you always have a germane example, tip, or trick at hand that is born out of "real world" experience. You meld a terrific combination of technical skills, business and marketing focus, sense of humor, and energy that makes all the difference in the classroom.

As we launch the "Certified Trainer" and "Certified Developer" programs, rest assured that your certificates will be among the first to be printed, and will be on their way to you soon. Once again, thank you for your enthusiasm, articulateness, depth of knowledge, and significant contributions to Tango's past, present, and future success.

Warm regards,

Joe Vincec
